Sean was clear and concise about how he would diagnose and deal with my car problems. He didn't try to upsell me on anything even once. He was efficient - I dropped my car off at 8am (he had at least 3 other cars there). He told me to expect it to be done by 1pm (depending on what it was). He called me just after 9am to tell me what he thought the problem was and what he was going to do. He called me again before 11am to let me know that he was done, he test drove it, and everything seemed fine. I paid with my credit card and I got baked manapua right around the corner. Sad I had to take my vehicle in but happy I brought it to Honolulu Autoworks.

I'm always a skeptic when it comes to mechanic shops, but after my experience I will definitely be back again. They were super friendly and had quick service. I had a quick day turn around with the car repair. They repaired only what I needed, but told me the other stuff that will eventually need replaced and told me what I could do by myself and what they recommend I bring it so they could do it. Even though I am amateur at car repair, they taught me and showed me things to look for and were very respectful about it. I highly recommend this mechanic shop if you need someone reliable.

Anyone looking for a small auto shop needs to go see Kalani right now! This shop is amazing. Extremely friendly down to earth HONEST people. I brought a used car in for an inspection and he let me in the back with his guys and showed me everything, saved me several thousand dollars. Never once tried to push me to bring the car to him to get it fixed. Told me to walk away and then even got on his computer and helped me look at cars while his guy finished the inspection. Wonderful shop that I will be back to any time I need a mechanic. Thank you Kalani!
